But it has no Chilean licence, and we know little about the company that runs it, its licence and even its official domain. We have not completed the withdrawal test. That is why this review focuses on three things: what we verified, how to avoid the imitations surrounding the brand and what needs to happen for it to rise (or fall) in our ranking.

Licence and regulation

Chile does not issue online gambling licences. Only Polla Chilena, Lotería de Concepción and Teletrak are authorised. Any online casino that accepts players from Chile operates with a foreign licence or with no licence, and with Nano Casino we have not yet settled which of the two applies.

The consequences for you are those of any casino without a Chilean licence: there is no local regulator to complain to, the site may stop loading through your internet provider without warning and, when bill 14.838-03 is passed, only operators with a Chilean licence will remain in the legal market. Imitations and ads: how not to fall for them
