Who publishes this site

Online Casino Chile is published by Matching Visions [VERIFICAR razón social, domicilio y país de registro], a publisher of Spanish-language comparison guides. The same publisher runs an equivalent guide for Argentina; the two sites share an editorial team and standards, but not content: each is written from scratch for its own country, currency and law.

We are not a casino. We do not take bets, we do not manage player accounts and we hold no gambling licence from any jurisdiction. If you have a problem with a withdrawal, the operator you opened the account with is responsible; on the contact page we explain what we can do.

Why it exists

Most casino rankings that appear on Google in Chile are paid advertorials in media outlets or international affiliate lists that do not say who wrote them, what licence each casino has, or that Chile has no licence for online casinos. We want to be the site that answers those three questions on every page: who wrote it, what licence the casino operates under and what Chilean law says today.

How we make money

This site is funded by affiliate commissions. When you open a casino account through one of our links and deposit, the operator pays us a commission. This is how it works:

• Links to operators are marked as sponsored and go through the site's own redirect. There are no tracking parameters hidden in the text.
• Each casino's score comes from our public methodology: five criteria with fixed weights. Having a deal with an operator or not does not change any score.
• We list operators we have no deal with. A ranking where every casino pays a commission is a catalogue, not a review.
• We do not accept payment for placement, for removing a con or for delaying negative news.
• The affiliate disclosure appears at the top of every page with links to operators, not hidden at the bottom.

As of publication we have no active affiliate agreements with the operators reviewed: links go to each casino's public page. We will update this section when that changes.

Who writes

Every page carries its author's name and a link to their profile. Two people sign the content: the reviews editor, who tests each casino with a real account, and the regulation and responsible gambling editor, who follows bill 14.838-03 and Supreme Court rulings and maintains the legal pages. Both profiles are marked [VERIFICAR] until their real names, photos and public profiles are confirmed.

Editorial standards

1. One fact, one source. Licences, rulings, resolutions and bonus figures are cited with a link to the primary source (the regulator's register, the Poder Judicial (Chile's judiciary), the Senate, the operator's terms).
2. No made-up figures. Anything we have not confirmed carries the [VERIFICAR] mark and stays on an internal list of open items until it is checked.
3. Chile first. We write the Spanish site in Chilean Spanish, with Chilean pesos and the payment methods people actually use: cuenta RUT (BancoEstado's basic account), Webpay (Transbank's online card payment gateway), MACH (a Chilean digital wallet) and Khipu (a Chilean bank-transfer payment service).
4. The negatives get published. Every review has cons; every operator on this site lacks a Chilean licence and we say so on every page.
5. Dated changes. A page's update date only moves when its content changed, and the history says what changed.
6. Responsible gambling taken seriously. The whole site is for over-18s and every page links to our responsible gambling page, with Chilean support organisations.
