There are two concrete reservations: its site cites two different licence numbers, and the welcome bonus is shown in euros even though the page is for Chile. The footer of the Chile version, checked on 24/09/2026, identifies the operator: Baytree Interactive Ltd (69691), a company registered in Guernsey, which operates under licence No. 01059 from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, issued on 26 August 2026. According to its site, the brand belongs to the Super Group. Baytree Interactive is also the holder that Spin Casino publishes.

There is an inconsistency we cannot close from the outside: the About page says Jackpot City is regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence No. 00892 and certified by eCOGRA. What does not change: Chile does not issue licences for online casinos. The only authorised betting is offered by Polla Chilena, Lotería de Concepción and Teletrak; the Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego (Chile's casino regulator) oversees land-based casinos.
