Licence and regulation: what is behind Novibet

The address cl.novibet.com redirects to lat.novibet2.com, which serves Latin America. We checked the site on 24/09/2026 from Malta and from the United States, and in both cases it showed an unauthorised-location notice on every page except support. That is why we could not read the footer or the terms, which is where an operator publishes its licence and its company.

Some third-party sites say Novibet operates under a Malta Gaming Authority licence held by Logflex MT Limited. We did not see it on the brand's pages and do not take it for granted. A practical warning: searching for the brand brings up similar domains that are not Novibet's. The brand's domain for Chile is the one that redirects to its Latin American version.

What needs no verification: Chile does not issue licences for online casinos. The only authorised betting is offered by Polla Chilena, Lotería de Concepción and Teletrak, and the Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego (Chile's casino regulator) oversees land-based casinos. What we most want to measure is the way back.
